Why Art Therapy?
The goal of art therapy is to use a creative process to gain self-awareness and self-reflection in order to gain personal insight and develop self-control over emotions.
Sessions – All art supplies and exercise sheets/materials needed are supplied by the Art Life Coach. Supplies will be brought to your location. Preparation time is included with services.
- You’ll be guided through meditations and therapeutic art exercises.
- You’ll create artwork that will be a visual documentation of your thoughts and feelings.
- These insights provide a starting point for accepting those feelings and learning how to create new responses to emotions.
- Long-term benefits of this process include improved self-esteem, richer self-empowerment, and the development of skills that can be used in the future to deal with life’s challenges.
One-on-One Package:
3 months = 1 hour per week; 12 consecutive weeks – $1,050.00
6 months = 1 hour per week; 24 consecutive weeks – $1,920.00
12 months = 1 hour per week; 52 consecutive weeks – $3,900.00
